ken clark is a better than average legislator who will be able to steer a succesful law through parliment.your job is to tell him what that law should contain and what effect you are hoping for by changing the law.it is completely pointless to attack and vilify a man just because the subject is a sensetive one.you should be thinking in terms of weapons, ken clarke is defintley a heavy bomber,bulky,old fashined for sure,but capable of delivering a devasting payload anywhere you like.your selling yourselves short if you do not use him.
