Android scrolling problems again, tecchy and tedious I'm afraid.

Sorry to report that using the Talk section with an Android phone (HTC Desire, running Android 2.2 with browser WebKit 3.1) has become horribly irritating again as the threads aren't stretching/shrinking to fit the phone screen. I'm having to scroll left and right, which is really annoying, especially when someone's written a nice long juicy account of some family spat or child-related disaster. This problem seemed to have been solved before, but it's back again.

I'm going to give as much detail as possible in the hope it helps your webmasters/developers solve the problem, so this is going to be quite boring reading.

It's currently affecting the start of prettty much every thread, but in many cases stops being a problem after about the tenth or so post, at which point the posts start stretching/squashing to fit the screen (the lines adjusting their length if you scroll in/out).

If you browse away from the page and then return using the back button, all posts resize properly, so I've been doing this for some of the more interesting threads. This could suggest a caching problem possibly? Unfortunately, you have to do this for every page. I have also found that if I browse to a page on which the threads are not resizing, then leave the phone for a length of time (i.e, if I put it down overnight), when I pick it up again they will be resizing correctly.

Hope this helps, I'd love this to be fixed so I can browse Talk in bed comfortably again! Happy to give more info or even run tests if needed.
