"Preview" conversation, not working on first post in a thread!

Several times today have pressed preview convo (ie. the one on the left below!) and it has gone straight to start the thread...

bet it does it now!

But on the second post (ie. this one) it is letting me preview.....

I logged out to see if thread appeared even though I had only pressed preview and it had appeared in Chat
