How would people like the ability to be able to create polls on MN?
You would get the option when creating a thread. People would then get the chance to click on an option and you'd see a running total of votes.
Obviously this would only be usful in certain types of threads. People would be able to post as normal, so it would not kill conversation. It would just make it easier for the OP to keep track of whatever it is the are asking about.
Examples of when this could be useful:
Which name do you like best?
Which shoes go best with this dress?
AIBU?
Do you believe in God?
Should toilet paper hang front of or behind the roll?
Just an idea. Could be fun?
