Hello all,

We are planning to start archiving old topics on talk - we are going to start with conversations that haven't had a new contribution for more than 18 months and see how we go. This should make searching and moving around the topics faster. We'll add a "search archive" link so you can still find them if you need to.

We'll probably do this this weekend.

Regards,
Tech

A great sounding solution to the zombie thread issue. Any update on it HQ?

Good idea. Will they also be locked, so at least if they are found then they can't be added to?

FruBayerischOla · 11/10/2017 07:37

How is the archiving coming along, MNHQ?

PanPanPanPing · 26/10/2017 16:24

And this zombie thread www.mumsnet.com/Talk/am_i_being_unreasonable/1248972-Pushy-women-my-arse-can-you-imagine-Gabby-Logan-doing-this? is a very good reason why archiving should be happening.

Lovely archives - and zombie warning. Halloween Grin

All topics?

And did anything come of the idea that the OP only could could reanimate threads over a certain age?

AuntieStella · 30/10/2017 06:50
