Where are the PM icons and why aren't threads showing properly?

MNHQ! What's happened to the PM buttons? I wanted to PM someone (off topic and sensitive) rather than discuss it on thread and the button is no longer there.

Also ... what are the pages not adjusting in size properly so we have to scroll down past all teh adverts on the RHS before the thread text starts showing?

This is an issue with Internet Explorer 6 that I'm still trying to get to the bottom of. Being an obsolete browser it is not considered high priority but I will try and get the layout fixed as soon as possible.
