I always thought it was pugh pugh, but then soneone said no, its hugh pugh. I should have had the courage of my convictions. I prefer pugh pugh. Clearly in a small village fire service it is quite likely that brothers will serve together.

Btw, people, you can only vote once. it tells you on subsequwnt votes that your vote has already been counted.

Rosalind Franklin died in 1958, Watson and Crick got the Nobel Prize in 1962. She wouldn't have known anything about it, and Nobel Prizes are never awarded posthumously.

Trillian - yup, Watson should be harangued for being a tosser, more than for his nobel-prize-winning. like I said, if I had childcare, I'd be there muttering at the back of the room, although am semi tempted to take DS and just sit there feeding him just to wind up colleagues.

I always felt sorry for Cuthbert, with his clearly Freudian compulsion to whip his hose out in every situation, to Captain Flack's dismay. They never did have a fire to put out did they. It was always stuck cats, and mayor's hat blown away, etc.
