You may need to update your browser cache. Often the easiest way to do this is to simply restart your browser. If that fails, there's a useful guide available here: How to Clean Browser Cache.

Hi Dumbledoresgirl,

Please try the instructions I linked to earlier on clearing your browser's cache. Also make sure you have turned on the highlighting options on the Customise page (link near the top of this page).

You can also try restarting your computer -- that may clear the cache for you. Hope this helps.
