How to withdraw a post?

Could anyone please, explain how to withdraw an old post of mine?

report it and ask for it to be deleted.

Report it to HQ (use the button on the right hand side of the message saying 'report') and tell them why you want it removed. But they don't delete things just because the poster wants it - only if there's a valid reason.
