This might be a dreadful idea, but I wondered whether a topic specifically relating to crying could be useful?
Usually in chat there's someone concerned/or at the end of their tether because of crying child. I know I posted one about my DS as he was inconsolable one night and I received really great advice and a 'listening ear'.
Anyway, just a thought.
