Why has MN gone all tiny?

It's fine on my iPhone but on the PC it is tiny - all squished in a miniscule column in the middle of th screen with text so small I cannot read it. What's going in and how do I resolve it?

Press Control and while holding it down, press +. It should get bigger...?

Why does it do the column thing? Mine was doing that yesterday. (I control + a lot as I lose my glasses...)

Weirdly, that happened to me yesterday too. I played with screens settings for ages, then rebooted and it fixed itself.

My netbook will resize sites if you press the touch pad in a certain way. I don't know how to do it but keep doing it accidentally so I am forever Control +-ing - or control --ing to bring things back to their proper size.
