Have you got your browser set to accept cookies? It sounds like it's not accepting the one frm MN that remembers who you are.

SoupDragon · 28/09/2005 10:00

(as soon as you post you get logged in anyway though )

LilacLotus · 28/09/2005 10:00

Email MN and ask then. Have to say I very very rarely log in anyway as I've always posted!

LeTech · 28/09/2005 15:46

Hi Sparkly,

Guess you are using Internet Explorer, here are a few things you might try.

Have you got a firewall or adblocker which may be deleting cookies?

Is your pc short of disk space, it could be deleting cookies because of this? - have a look at your c: drive just in case

Are you sharing your pc? Could someone else be clearing out your cookies or logging in to mumsnet under a different nickname.

Your web browser may be set to some high level of security, have a look in internet options from the control panel.

Let us know, if you email [email protected] either he or I will get back to you

Ta

No firewall or adware. I have just got a new harddrive with 80gig so have lots of space, only I use this computer except when Misdee comes round. And the web browser is set at medium level.
