Question about strike outs

AbsofCroissant · 10/12/2010 07:49

So, you know how now when you want to bold something, you just put * on either side of the sentence?
like this
and the same for italics
like this

Why doesn't it work for strikeouts, as that would be amazing, rather than having to sit here going ---- all the time?
See it doesn't work

It would be very useful its a right pain doing it word by word

AbsofCroissant · 10/12/2010 08:00

It would also stop us from making fools of ourselves. You know, like when we're all trying to be very funny and the joke involves striking out a whole sentence, and instead it just looks like this and you look like a right muppet

I have spoken to Tech who are aware that this is an issue.
Rest assured it is on their really long list of things to do.

NetworkGuy · 11/12/2010 10:46

It is not high on their really long list of things to do.
