A thread of well over 300 posts, many of them extremely supportive and useful.

sleep well, enjoy your weekend. (get the hot chocolate in, looks like you might be holed up by a blizzard).

TheDevilWearsPrimark · 25/11/2010 21:16

I must say, the thought of trains stopping because of snow has crossed my mind....wouldn't be a breach of the court order if I literally cannot return them ;)

We have emailed you DWP. (And replied to your message to us on that thread before it was deleted.) Did you not receive it?

Louii · 25/11/2010 21:20

Was following the other thread, have one question, seriously WTF is a Shiney thread?
Have been a member here for years and have never came across it before.

DancingThroughLife · 25/11/2010 21:21

I was halfway through reading the thread, so I didn't get to post and I don't know how it ended up, but wanted to say it sounded like you've been through the mill today in more ways than one and I hope you're ok.

I don't know any of the back story, but it sounds messy. Hope you have a good weekend Smile

GypsyMoth · 25/11/2010 21:23

does the order actually state who picks up/returns the dc?

AitchTwoOh · 25/11/2010 21:23

'act of god, mate. nuffink i could do...'

TheDevilWearsPrimark · 25/11/2010 21:23

No Helen I haven't had an email from you

If you are physically prevented by extreme weather conditions from safely returning children the courts would not take action against you. But don't take the piss, once the trains etc work again, you will be expected to. :)

Trop · 25/11/2010 21:29

I think your plan for the future was very constructive and positive.

Don't let anyone knock the wind out of your sails and always have a plan B.

All the best.
