ARRRGH. Am I the only one with only 15 threads in Active Convos?

Despite having a setting for a 100. Now it's 10 at some times, about 30 at others.

I do not hide any threads (Tech said it could be the reason)

I'm on a mac.

Thanks for letting us know about this problem, we're aware of this and it's on our list of glitches to sort. In the mean time, if you keep refreshing your active conversations, everything should sort itself out.
