ads and sensitivity

I think I remember this being mentioned before - but can't remember the outcome. I just wanted to raise it again to see if something could be done from the MNHQ end.
I've just been on two threads in the miscarriage/pregnancy loss topic. There is an ad for "Tommy's pregnancy line - expert advice on healthy pregnancies", with a telephone number.

Now this may also be a possible source of support for a family who have been in the situation of the op's on these threads, although it doesn't read as such. It just reinforces the fact that your baby isn't healthy - it's gone Sad
I may be over-sensitive here, but I'm fairly sure I'm nowhere near as sensitive as someone who is currently going through a mc or mmc.
Can the ads be screened or filtered in any way - even if only for this topic iyswim? I'm not trying to start any sort of argument whatsoever, just a question which may possibly avoid more upset for a poster who is in a difficult situation already
:)
