Hiding Another Poster?? Please??

Just wondering if it could be possible to hide a poster (just like we can hide a thread). There is one woman on here who drives me loopy. She is extremely judgmental on every thread and after three years of biting my lip to avoid confrontation, I'm now begging for the ability to block posts from individual posters. I really really don't want to start anything with her, but I'm finding it harder and harder to bite my tongue.

Please??? Would be especially nice for the odd troll that wanders on to support threads.

:o

Yeah I reealise that now Flight - think it's best I ask for this thread to be removed.

Green - I could get a bit of a hump with you for telling me to grow some bollocks, if that would make you feel better? I could feign irritation. Grin

MarshaBrady · 28/10/2010 18:02

Just say something.

Not 'ah I have been seething for 3 years and I am going to go mad right now' type thing

just say I disagree with you....

and see what happens

AnnieBeansMum · 28/10/2010 18:03

Slag away Rock - no one will know who the heck you're talking about.

southeastastra - I'm really sorry if you think it was bitchy of me, but I really really never wanted it come across like that. I don't do bitchy threads - google me!

Is anyone else going to follow Annie around the boards now to watch for fisticuffs? Grin

madmn52 · 28/10/2010 18:04

Oooh me too Chickens....I would love to be someone's nemesis!!

You'll get bored pretty quickly if you follow me. I tend to post a load and then disappear for days on end (lurking). Although we could make it fun and I could drop clues all over MN!! You'd then have to decipher the clues in order to find me.

Nah, nevermind - I'm tired just thinking about it.

Oi, zombiechickens, you bitch. Look at the state of you fgs.

I'll be your nemesis.

Frrrrightattendant · 28/10/2010 18:08

Were you ever Show of horns?

It's driving me mad.

southeastastra · 28/10/2010 18:08

ok Grin

LadyBigBra · 28/10/2010 18:09

Well TBH you only have to click on your profile see which thread you have posted on today.

There is a bit of judging on the worst jobs ever thread Hmm.

AnnieBeansMum · 28/10/2010 18:11

Wasn't that thread LadyBigBra - I walked away from the irritating thread.

I've sent a message to MN and asked for this thread to be removed. I'm sorry if I've upset anyone - that was NEVER my intention.

ShowOfBloodyStumps · 28/10/2010 18:12

In your dreams Flight.

Frrrrightattendant · 28/10/2010 19:44

Yes that was me judging on there and I knew ABM was on it!

I stand by my judgey pants moment on that one though...I'm not normally like that but some things cannot be justified, though I know we all make mistakes...it's silly to try to justify them.

I have no moral standards myself though which makes it ridiculous.

AnnieBeansMum · 28/10/2010 19:46

It really isn't you Flight. If someone irritates me on a thread, I tend to avoid the thread - not post on it.

FWIW - I think your judgey pants in this instance were perfectly justified.

Oh, thanks ABM - I appreciate that! Smile
