Would it be possible to customise the tabs for other content (currently 'Conception', 'Pregnancy', 'Babies') as none of those three is relevant to me any more (to my knowledge 
), I'd be much more likely to click on eg the 'Books' or 'Food' tabs if they were on my front page.
