Stereotypes

I would like to distinguish that I am unhappy with the conformity to stereotypes displayed on what one would assume is a most reputable website.
I was merely curious as to your advice on teenagers, as my eldest son, Eustace, is nearing this most daunting stage of his life. I was aghast when I saw a despicable image of what one assumes is a teenager, conforming to all the grotesque stereotypes that the tabloids display. One would be most pleased if the image was changed to a much more positive, delightful picture of choir boys singing gracious, heavenly music.

Yours sincerely,
Annette

You are absolutely right...only just now my teen was asking if there was any more ironing he could do before preparing some cupcakes for tomorrow's church gathering.

horMOANSnomore · 25/10/2010 22:33

Oh, do put a photo of Eustace on your profile, Annetteno 1, so we can laugh see what a fine upstanding teenager should look like.

happybubblebrain · 25/10/2010 22:37

Stewie - my 4 year old stomps around saying "huh, its not fair" and "do I have to?" etc. Maybe they'll have grown out of it by the time they're teenagers.

daftpunk · 25/10/2010 23:05

Er no, i don't think a doll dressed like elvis is your son. I'm a bit nuts, but not completely off my head.

Annetteno1 · 27/10/2010 08:52

Glad to see you all approached this with a sense of humour! :) :L
