I have got a red button next to my inbox, but can't open the new message

Got a red button indicating new mail.

Went into inbox, there is a new message in there, but it is greyed out and when I click on it it will not open.

Am I being spectacularly stupid?

Does the message have a Title?

I'm wondering if perhaps it does not have a title, thus causes the same problem of when a message thread in Talk does not have a title - you can't click on it!

Will try to send you a message GetOrfMoiLand... see if you can open mine.

The other one has got a title, but I cannot open it or delete it.

But now I know that I can recieve messages I will PM the other MNer and ask her to resend the message.

Yep I got it. So it's working.
Very odd that you have a message with a title but can't open it. Try sending them a PM and seeing what happens.
