Why can't I find other posts by blah blah

I was trying to find other posts by a certain MN and typed in her nickname but nothing came up in the advanced search.
I typed my own name and all my posts came up.
Has she used some security thingy that i am missing?

She has been giving very long replies to a relationship problem and I understand there is some history to this based on her own experiences so was curious.
her nickname is WWIFN.

I noticed this a few weeks back, I thought maybe I was spelling the name wrong but it happened more than once. I can't remember the thread but I know I wasn't the only one having a problem as it was mentioned by some other posters.

I can't even remember now which poster I was searching for.

does it not pick up names that are simply letters and not proper names?

She has been writing ESSAYS to another poster- all very caring- but it does arouse curiosity as many are written in the dead of night too.

If you put in her full name and not the initials, it works. Well, it does for me.

She has now used WWIFN though for the latest post and that is not showing up at all!

oh i remember the thread now.....where nobody could find the posters posts. turned out they had all been deleted,at posters request possibly

Try typing it all in and see if it picks up the latest one, maybe .

Back posts are there though. I have always found her to be amazingly caring and a real help to those who have needed it.

But WWIFN has been on an active thread all this week and posted as recently as Weds.

She is using WWIFN- unless this is another person who has nicked her name????

Why is WWIFN not showing up in a search?

Because she uses WWIFN as her own abbreviation, just like I use BIWI - but her registered talk name is WhenwillIfeelnormal, so you have to search that.

Which thread has she posted as WWIFN on? I've only seen her posting as WhenwillIfeelnormal and she posted on five different threads yesterday as WhenwillIfeelnormal.

But when her name shows up in the blue box at the top of her post it is as WWIFN [ confused]

She has posted on relationships- WWIFN come and talk to me- it has about 90 posts ( not by her) and last post was today by me.

sorry you are all right- she has used her full name. I gto so used to seeing her referred to as WWIFN that i was sure she was posting under that name.
