Is it possible to have an option between last hour & last day?

Last day is huge now and when I'm awake in the night last hour is v short.

Nah it doesn't move fast enough at this time of night. I've been here since 2 and read all of it and not much new coming,even when I start hiding everything

well if active convo's isn't moving - then nothing else is going to move fast

Ah but I could read stuff from the evening that I missed when I was doing other stuff!

I'm usually here in the mornings and middle of the night at the moment and miss the busy points.
