is there an "inbox" thing that just appeared between "Log in" and "About us?" at the top of my page?

How do you use it? is it to send/receive things from everyone or just between mumsnetters?

yes, it did! sent a reply, not sure how to navigate back to here without closing it all down and coming back again. Plus how will we know that e have a message unless we keep checking? There should be some little flag or something popping up to let us know.
