Haven't posted in ages, but was just so amused just now to discover a paragraph about Mumsnet in my OU course book. It's in DD101, Book 2 quoting a study called "Exploring relationships between the public, private and personal through the phenomenon of Mumsnet.com". I don't suppose you need the full Harvard reference?

Rethinking the Public It's chapter 3 Justine, though unfortunately Google Books doesn't allow us to read the full text. I don't fancy paying £58 for the privilege either!

That said 'public' and 'personal' rather a lot didn't it?
