i cannot rcvd any CAT emails

as one person cat'd me twice today @ about 1pm-ish but i didnt rcvd it. I have changed my email address yesterday on here which i have double checked it today but still no emails yet.

can you please help?

also ive checked if my email address is working and yes it is as my partner sent me an email which i got it ok.
