Actually, I think looks pretty evil already, in a Jack Nicholson "Herrrre's Johnny!" kinda way - but mebbe that's just me....

Maybe we could have a with a twiddly moustache, for true villain appeal.

It needs horns at the very least.

And maybe a colour change to a more diabolical shade
