Is there a way to "refresh" threads I am on?

On "threads I'm on", when you clic on a posters name you get straight to their post, is there a way that when you do that it could "erase" the previous posts? ATM it just shows on a different colour the last post you clicked on.

The thing is sometimes if a tread is going fast, there is too many posts and because the ones you already read are still there it makes it hard work to actually find where in the thread you are at(when this happend I have to click on last poster and work my way up the thread to the last post I read).

The threads only refresh if you post something yourself but sometime you have nothing more to say but still wish to follow the thread.

Sorry ,post is very unclear (too early for me) but if you do actually understand what I mean let me know

Click the link that says 'I'm On' again and the whole page will refresh.

Alternatively, hit F5.

It does not work

I guess refresh was not the actual thing I am after. but I am explaining myself very badly I would like whe I go on threads I am on and I click on a name for the post I have clicked on to become the only one left under that thread ubtil more posters post on it (not making it any clearer am I?) A bit like the bump and refresh from threads I am watching!

, the penny just dropped I just need to watch them don't I???
