Why do some threads dissapear????

i was on a thread a while ago which had a link to a games site where you had to go through various doors/rooms and collect items to solve the clue to escape.

I cant find the thread anywhere! it was snugs who i think set it up and helped us all complete it.

Does anyone know the thread i mean? Does anyone know if snugs is around??

You can also use our google site search to find particular threads. I find this works quite well when I only remember a small amount of a thread.

marslady - i am jealous- well done!!, gave up in the end, the url didn't bring up a web page & none of the codes helped! now trying to do it again and can't get the metal bar, i know its by the mattress but have tried & tried - ANYONE HELP????????

ok i have the safe and i've tried every possible version of the website url but cannot get a webpage to come up,
i've tried all the suggestions for codes, do you think i have to start the game new each time to try a new code?

You might have to restart it. I know with some of the links to the games that are circulating there is a problem. If you make a single mistake when entering the code, it locks you out and you have to restart.

Try using this link . It is the one I have always played and the code has always remained the same. Long time since I have played though so the site owner might have changed it.

I really did log off! I gave up!!

I had 3 keys, battery, tape, stick, box, cd holder, 2 rings, url, power cable. Put power cable to cd player. Couldn't open box. Tried to click battery to it, but it wouldn't work. Couldn't figure out what the hell I was supposed to do!

mytwopenceworth - you have to put the 2 rings & the stick in the lid of the box & it will open, then use the tape & the battery - does that help

ps, a lot of trial & error!

My own fault for confessing to name change Marsy, should have quietly ignored mention of Snugs

It's the rings and the stick you put on top of the box, not the battery. The battery goes inside.

got the safe, cards on table say code is 7720 but get messages the numbers are not right!
