If i name change

I'm slightly (well very) concerned that my ex may twig my MN username.

So, if I name change on here, is there a way that all my old posts can be changed to my new (and hopefully harder for my ex to figure out) name?

Or is there some other way for MN regulars to know who I am IYSWIM

Could you start a thread announcing your name change and then when everyone you know has seen it ask for it to be deleted?

Its just well my name at the minute is a bit obvious, and with some of the shit stuff going on in my life, if I posted it as a "newbie" I know I would be called a troll.

FFS even I would call troll on me.

I do know from the past that you can request that all old posts are removed.

Why not just start afresh with a new name. I change all the time. I don't need to be known on here by regs.

Well I have started a new thread in Chat so will see what happens on the new name front.

Still interested to know if the posts can be changed though.
