best bike for 4 yr old girl

We are thinking of buying dd1 a bike for her 4th birthday next month... we bought a cheap one in France 2 years ago, but it's not very good and now a bit small for her...
does anyone have any recommendations please?

We bought DD a Rayleigh Mini Miss for her 3rd birthday. It's a little big for her - she can just ride it - but wanted something that would last here. Not cheap, but a good make and it was well recommended in the bike shop - a reputable cycle shop round here.
