Milton cold water steriliser

I'm currently using Milton in a washing up bowl, what exactly is the difference between the £15 Milton cold water steriliser and a cheap bucket with lid.

A friends daughter had twins that were ff so needed rather a lot of bottles. She had been given an electric steriliser found it such a faff. I suggested a bucket and lid and either sterilising tablets or Milton she went out and bought one said it was ideal. I had got the idea from my nieces friend as she had twins and did the same. I still have my cold water steriliser I bought when I had my DD she is now 37 looks good as new and we used it when she visited with her 2 DD's.
