Scholl sandals have ruined my feet!

I bought some lovely pale blue scholl sandals last year but couldn't fit them on my feet due to pregnancy bloat. Found them yesterday hiding in the cupboard and thought hmmmmmm, great.

Well, they have rubbed my poor feet raw and they now look like they have been in a fight with a razor, horrid.

Has anyone got these shoes and do they eventually become comfy? If not they are going in the bin, only been worn once! (or up for grabs if you have size 6 feet.....)

Not so much socks as foot mittens, NDP!

It just conjures up images of 1970's camp sites, for me ! I'd bet a years' mortgage on the model wearing a blue/red hooded kaghoul (sp?) if the photo wwas full length ! Absolutely terrible

thought the same NDP....website down due to a re-launch on 26th May!
BUT - I'll be back to take a look - don't want those socks though

I think scholls are a rip off, they cut my feet to shreds too..how can they sell them under the premise of them being good for your feet? - BIN EM!!

I am a serious city walker, and will often walk 5 miles over the course of a day (maybe I should join the pedometer club thread!). Walking seems to be the only way I can integrate some exercise into my day. My question - are Birkenstocks comfortable for long walks? Or are they more suitable for around the house/down to the shops? Want to get some shoes that look vaguely fashionable, so that I don't spend the summer in trainers!

I live in Birks all summer long, none of mine have rubbed and I have the thongy types that go between your toes, mule ones, full sandal ones etc etc. I love them
