HA HA HA HA HA HA.....

You know you're looking for the Holy Grail of school uniform, don't you?

I have finally found them in Adams, after a tip-off on here ( am looking for blue - soom places did white but not blue )

flashingnose · 16/08/2005 09:20

...but not online, obviously, as that would be too easy.

Enid · 16/08/2005 09:42

oh no! really! I thought they were a bit tricky to find!

does that mean I will have to...shudder...go shopping? outside??

MaloryTowers - I haven't read it! should I be offended?

Darn Enid, I have one white one aged 3-4 - that is the wrong way round isn't it?

Tescos were selling them on Saturday....

Enid · 16/08/2005 10:25

yes! sorry.

I think I am going to have to give up my vision of little dd2 trogging off to kindergarten in a pretty scalloped collar and get plain ones instead, sob. Her uniform also has a little pale blue rollneck so I will have to wait for cold weather for the cute factor

The only scalloped ones I've seen are Asda (£2 for 2!!) and Mothercare £6 for 2).

Lonelymum · 16/08/2005 10:26

Honestly Tesco had them - in blue as well as white. Also yellow, for anyone else reading this.

They might be gone by then... Can't you stick the kids in the car?

frogs · 16/08/2005 10:49

If money is no object, these make v. cute school shirts. Don't seem to have them in pale blue this season (when will Johnnie learn?) but the white ones might do. Dd1 inherited some in pale blue a few years ago -- they lasted for ages and no fiddly cuff buttons.

Enid · 16/08/2005 11:00

taking them to Madagascar this arvo, might sneak in to Tescos on way back
