We bought one of these for our nearly walking 10 mo the other day. When we'd built it, we found that the metal poles that the wheels go on were too long, making the wheels very wobbly and also leaving a nasty little finger-trap gap. Does anyone else have one and does it have this problem? The lady in the shop is refusing a refund until she sends it back to the manufacturer, as she doesn't agree it's faulty or dangerous. She offered a credit note, but we don't want to buy anything else from her shop! Any thoughts on what we can do?
