Goggles for an eye infection

Hi,

We aee taking our 4 year old boy on a beach holiday but he has an eye infection, should I get him some goggles to wear and if so which are the best ones?

We looked around and bought these goggles in the end shop.zoggs.com/products-Little-Predator_300865.htm and they worked really well.
