If anyone has got any tips and advice it would be great to hear from you. At the moment I have yet to find out what I am letting myself in for as I'm not due until August, but everyone we see seems to have lots of negative things to say about how difficult we will find it

I had 15 months between 2 of my 4 babies and enjoyed that age gap the best. I had 2 babies in nappies, who both slept for long periods in the afternoon. I breastfed and had no problems with the older baby. The only down side is that I look at photos and don't remember my older one being so small! Take plenty of pics and make videos is my advice. It was great really

17 month old and a newborn is probably better than what I am coping with now - DS2 birth has co-incided with the "no" stage of my 23 month old and DS1 is definitely having problems coping with the split of affection.

Glad to hear some positive comments, number 2 is due in Jan 18 month gap but ds still hasn't mastered sleeping even close to through the night and we are starting to feel a little apprehensive! I assume it will be bloody hard work but I can't get a lot less sleep than I get now... can I ?
