We have just had the following work done. I think the price is quite good and dh thinks it's been very expensive. Can anyone have a look at this and then say what they think would be a reasonable cost for it?

Existing utility has been transformed - no new structure to building but:
Old back door bricked up
Toilet moved to different area so plumbing changed, handbasin added
New stud wall to divide toilet and utility
French windows/doors opening out to garden put in place of poky back window
Velux skylight installed
Plumbing for washing machine revamped
All walls replastered
Stone tiles laid on floor
New worksurface put in over washing machine and drier

errr..... that's about it. BTW we're in the midlands (in case that influences price) and they've done a very very good job of it all. Thanks in advance for any suggestions, for what is essentially a very boring thread X

Just guessing here, have no real idea, but £10,000?
