fitting a den on a TP challenger climbing frame

I''m thinking of putting a den onto dd's challanger climbing frame. Has anyone done it? Is it a complete dissassemble job or will it be managable??

It will take about half an hour. You have to take off and re-attach all the rails that it connects to (some of the laddery ones on top, plus the four base ones that your platform is suspended between)

we have the den, I took it off last year but psyching myself up to putting it on again.
