What did you get your DD for her 2nd birthday?

It's not until August but I like to be prepared! What was your DD's favourite toy?

some thomas the tank engine die cast trains

a playhouse and a garden slide, she loved them

DD got a mini bouncy castle from us..She loved it!

Cannot remember what other people got her though.

I like the idea of a playhouse, and she does like Thomas! Anyone else?

An ice cream.
We were pretty skint at the time and she was more than happy.

we got our dd one of those mini-trmpolines,the ones that look like a big one with the enclosure but it was about £50,think it was a 4ft one.she had it in her bedroom (her birthday is in winter!)then in the garden when it was nicer!

my DS got the playhouse from argos think its £60, its been great,he is 6 now and its still going strong.my lo is 18m and LOVES it,

i dont have a dd, but ds1 got a pretend washing machine and some thomas trains and ds2 got a playhouse

When my DD1, now 11, was 2, we bought her a beautiful quite large (almost her size) teddy bear. She has loved "Big Ted" ever since and will have him forever.

DD got a trike which she loves (though we still have to push her around on it, can't get the hang on peddling!). She also got dolls set (pushchair/highchair/travelcot etc.) which she plays with everyday!

DS got a playhouse, which he still uses and DD loves!

Ours loved her pretend bday cake with candles from ELC, Doctors set again from ELC and Mr Potato head X

When our DD was 2, also in August, she got a dolls house which she still plays with now she is nearly 7.
