Hi - I need some advice please
I ordered a cot mobile from Vertbaudet a few months ago. Its the kind that clamps on the side of the cot and hangs above the baby. The first one I received had a crack in the wooden clamp so I sent it back and they replaced it.
I have been using the new one occasioanally and yesterday as I attached it to the cot the clamp just split in half and the whole thing fell into the cot.
I am furious because if it had split and fallen after I had left the room it would have fallen on dd - and its a big chunky thing with now splintered wood.
I am waiting for a call back from their complaints department atm. I assume they will give me a refund but aibu to expect a bit more? If so what should I be demmanding?
