Group 2 car seat with 5 point harness, reclineable and ISOFIX... does such a thing exist?

DD just about out of her group 1 seat and trying to figure out what to get next.

nope, sorry! ff harnessed seats in this country only go up to 18kgs(group1). you can buy booster seats with isofix but have no experience of these sorry, maybe someone will be along shortly who know about the isofix boosters.
