Hygena dishwasher help!

Hi,
we've got a Hygena APL8124/1 which we inherited with no manual when we bought the house.
I've googled it, but I can't find a manual online.
The rinse aid has obviously run out, but I can't work out where to top it up. It seems the reservoir is on the inside wall of the machine. There's a bit with a screw, and I'm wondering if I have to unscrew it and pull it out, but this seems like a more complicated solution than other dishwashers I have known!

Please, can anyone help?

what is on the door of the machine as that is normally where the reservoir would be? Where do you put the tablet/powder as the rinse aid bit is normally in the same section. My last machine had a wee lid at the rinse aid bit that you removed by unscrewing. My new one has a lid that you fold open to put the rinse aid in.

No, on the door it's just the area for the powder, no second reservoir at all.

On the inside wall of the machine is -I think- where the rinse agent comes out, it even has that 1-2-3-4 "clock" thing, but if I try and squirt the rinse aid in, then it all dribbles out. I can't believe that I have to find a screwdriver to top it up!
