Can they go in the washing machine? My DD2 has only had them a fortnight and they are very grubby. Will try and clean by hand if washing machine likely to damage them.
Any experiences welcome!

I've always stuck my DDs' Doodles in te washing machine, on the wool cycle. Never caused any problems.

Great that is good news! might even buy some for my DS now if they ever get his size in in a non-camouflage colour!

yes.

I wash them in my normal 40 degree wash.

Although this thread makes me feel a bit since this is the first summer my DS has been too big for them! I loved his doodles.
