Mini Micro Scooters' customer service - ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT!

Just wanted to give a HUGE thumbs up to Mini Micro Scooters.

DD's scooter was run over by a van yesterday (don't worry, she was fine!). Surprisingly, it's only "injury" was a bust wheel shank and brake, but I pretty much wrote it off as a goner and started looking around for a new (2nd hand!) one.

However, I thought I'd phone the MMS customer service just to see if there was anything that could be done, and they are sending out a new wheel shank (plus screws and what not) and brake FOR FREE! .

I have to say that I am really very impressed by this. Hurray!

That's great. I read something else on here which I am sure was them whereby someone had 2 scooters delivered for some reason and instead of having to spend the money having to have one picked up they told her to donate it to charity or something like that.

Oh they are good.

just noticed my terrible grammar in my OP. "Its" not "it's"!

They sent me a new spring for free when it broke and made the handle wobble - big thumbs up for their customer service from me too.
