Does anyone have a Presso espresso maker?

I fancy one of these. Does it make good coffee (I will probably be making a black americano with it), and is it a faff to clean out?

What about an Aeropress? It's much cheaper, but I do want a good coffee and I don't know whether the lack of force would make a difference here.
