How do you carry round your iPhone?

My lovely DH got me an iPhone for Easter and I am thrilled with it.

I am really really nervous of it coming to grief though. I thought of getting a gadget case of some kind to store it in e.g. this cath kidston one primarily meant for cameras and ipods I think but would i ever manage to answer the phone before it went to voicemail?!

My phone tends to lurk in the depths of bag and my previous nokia bears v obvious signs of this.

I also quite fancy this: griffin case but is it enough for proper protection?

ooh congratulations.

I never had a case for my iPhone, as didn't want one, liked it as it was. Then I dropped it and shattered the glass screen.

My new iPhone now has a very protective leather case (and screen cover). It is a bit of a pain, but I remember my horror at dropping and smashing my beloved 1st phone and put up with the hassle.

I have something similar to this (in nice green leather). Am taking no chances. I reckon if it gets dropped the leather will give sufficient protection, def get screen protection - mine got loads of scratches on it

I got a hard plastic back from eBay for mine. And a screen cover.

I have one of these - I've had it over a year (ever since DH got an iPhone too & I needed to be able to tell the difference; I love this colour)I've dropped it a few times so the case is a bit scratched - better that than my iPhone.
The bottom comes off for docking, though it fits in my bedside radio & my car radio adaptor without having to take it off - it's only DH's iTrip that needs it off.
