Planning to get a wodden play house for my DD's 2nd birthday in July.

Anyone recommend any good websites?

Don't know if you have a Costco by you but we've just bought one for DS for £250 from there but online the same one is over £500. It has a door with a little porch and seat outside, theatre window with puppets, window with sandpit window boxes and a window with a play bbq area, play sink and tap inside too. It's fab and he loves it.
