Car to fit 3 child seats in?

Right i have DS1 whos four and is in a high back booster.
DS2 who is 16months in a britax rear facer(up to 4 yrs)
And might be TTC within the next few months. So there will be an infant car seat, will need space for another rear facing britax once outgrown.

There is no way of fitting three car seats in the back of my rover 45.
My budget is really low up to 2 grand (if im lucky).

So can anyone with three young children in car seats suggest anything?

Thanks

ok, we looked it up on government website, and a child over a certain hight (100cm?)or around 3 does not need to be in a booster seat if there is not space to put it i.e. you already have 2 car seats in.
We've had to do this on arrival of dc3, no way we could afford a people carrier.
We had put baby in front, two high back boosters with DH driving, and me squashed in middle, but it was doing my back in cos I couldn't sit properly.
We now have me & DH in front, baby one side, booster in other and DS1 sat inbetween.

here says if you have 2 seats and can't fit a third in, you can use normal seatbelt.

you might be surprised! which britax rf do you have? i have britax twe in the middle, a mc priori or rodi in the rear passenger and KISS rf isofix driver rear in a vw golf!! if you've no isofix a hi way may fit as the other car seats are over the twe iykwim? you're not near belfast or milton keynes are you-you could go to the in car safety centre.

I've got the 2 way elite. Its the only one that would fit in my car safely, also the only infant seat that fits is the graco auto baby/ junior baby due to buckle crunch.

Not near any of them, but am near the saftey center in rayleigh, so guess i'll check with them.

hi glitter, my dc3 is due in july and we will then have three car seats in our car, which is a volvo v70, so we can fit a highback booster a britax rear facing group 1 and a britax 0+.
We have also tried our other group 1 rear facer in as well with the other group 1 rear facer and the highback booster, all fit.
Our car is a x reg, and the older cars can now be picked up for a couple of grand, we did have to have the isofix retro fitted, but thats something that volvo are very happy to do!!
good luck with ttc!!!

Oh and the height for going without a booster seat is 135cm and most 4yo's wont reach to that height.

yeah we have a volvo v70 too, with a britax highback booster and 2 group 1 rear-facing seats
