have any of you got one. It's the 7kg drum model.
i can't seem to get the clothes clean in it.Tried doing a smaller load today still the same.If you have what washing powder are you using.I am using Ariel non bio at moment two tablets do I need to use more.I've heard persil is no good on this machine because the machine only takes as much water as needed for amount of clothes which is not enough for the tablets to disolve.Any idea's please

I've got the very machine ! Ours is the 1280 spin, washing machine only version (no tumble function). We bought it about a month ago and have had no problems. We use Fairy non-bio powder and not tablets as we used to have real problems with the tablets not dissolving properly in our old Zannussi machine, they used to stay clumped to fabric and literally 'eat ' away at the fabric leaving holes.

Having just skimmed the instruction manual I can't find any troubleshooting advice for your prob. Perhaps it would be best to contact LG's Customer care line ? I don't have the nuber but I'm sure if you contacted the retailer you purchased it from they'd have it.
