the best umbrella pushchair

i need a light umbrella pushchair with rain cover for my 20-month old baby. I already have a heavy, state of the art pushchair so the umbrella one would be used for trips by car and for our Summer trip. I would be grateful for your suggestions.

I thikn all the MacLaren's are great, the more you spend the better, probably.

I would second the Maclaren Triumph. I have two in different colors - they are quite expensive compared to other umbrellas but it gets my vote.

Either than or the M&P Pulse.

We and all my friends have the Maclaren techno XT and love it! Lays right back, easy to fold and has great hood/sun visor that puuls right down to keep littleone out of sun,

if it's only a car or a holiday buggy, i'd opt for the Volo (my fave or the quest. lighter than xt (shorter, so easier to fit in boot). main difference being the quest has reclining seat whereas volo does not. but volo seat is so slouchy anyway, my ds from 6months had no probs snoozing in it at all. i just love the volo. don't know why as quest seems a beter buy- but its slightly heaveier.

I agree about the Volo. Unless you want a lay flat seat that is.
